Project Overview
In Kalabo, Western Province — where logistical challenges can be as formidable as the open plains — we designed a Puma Energy service station that reimagines construction in remote settings.
The solution? A modular approach using repurposed shipping containers, transformed into a fully functional and visually distinctive fuel station.
A Collaborative Build
This project was the result of seamless interdisciplinary teamwork. We worked closely with road engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, land surveyors, environmental agencies, and local councils.
Every discipline informed the next, ensuring the final design integrated perfectly with the site’s infrastructure, environmental needs, and operational demands.
Designing for Compliance
From initial sketches to final construction drawings, the design process was shaped by strict adherence to local council requirements and Ministry of Energy guidelines.
