Project Overview

Taurus House is a multi-storey commercial building designed to meet dual purposes: corporate headquarters for Taurus Zambia on the upper floors, and high-value retail space on the ground floor.

The design reflects our belief that
commercial spaces must not only serve their owners but also attract and retain tenants.

Design Approach

The building’s form balances modern minimalism with practical efficiency.

Large glazed facades bring in abundant natural light, creating an inviting presence from the street and a productive environment within.

Circulation was planned for clear tenant separation while ensuring accessibility for
visitors and clients.

Rendering as a Design Tool

For Taurus House, our in-house visualisation team created photorealistic renders that captured the building’s final form before construction began.

These renders became a vital communication tool — helping stakeholders visualise the project’s market potential and aiding in pre-leasing efforts for the retail space.

Outcome

Taurus House demonstrates our ability to design for business objectives, aesthetic impact, and market adaptability, proving that good commercial architecture is as much about the people who use it as it is about the structure itself.

Interior Vision

While construction focused on the exterior shell, we developed conceptual interior renders that align with the building’s architectural language.

Warm tones, glass partitions, and
integrated greenery create an office
environment that feels both professional and welcoming — a perfect reflection of Taurus Zambia’s brand values.
